Knowledge and Thinking
Evidence: A Math sheet in witch we had to explain how we knew the answer and we had to show our work. I think that this shows content literacy because we had to show our work to prove that we know how to do it. We were solving for X.
Radial Balance Project
For this project we had to different radial balance designs. A challenge was making the design and picking colors that look good together.
Pink Star
My design is made out of a star. I used the flare tool. I used a pink color and a blue color and a white in the middle. What makes it my best radial balance design is that it is very different from the rest of the radial balance i made and i think that the colors go well together.
Car Project
For this project we had to create an advertisement for a car. We had to chose a a car we wanted to advertise. We had to do this project on Photoshop. This project was kind of hard because it was when I had just started to use Photoshop so I didn't really know how to use it. We also had to make it look good and use the Z technique for the advertisement. The Z technique is when you kind of make the letter Z with the words.

Dollar Bill
For this project I had to crate a new design for a dollar for the United States. We had to use symbols that represent the United States. We had to use 2-6 symbols. We also needed to include a quote in english and a quote in latin. An obstacle that I faced during this project was was making the images kind of fade so that their was not any harsh edges. The most valuable thing I learned was learning about flare It was valuable because it helped me fade the images so that their was not any harsh edges or lines and so that it kind of blended in better. The best part of the project was designing your own dollar bill. The hardest part of the project was making sure that the images went good together.
Clashing Viewpoints: U.S Immigration Policy
I think that the learning outcomes that this project goes under are Work Ethic, Collaboration, Oral Communication, and Written Proficiency. It goes under Work Ethic because we had to work hard to understand what the policy meant and what it did and we also had to put a lot of work into our speeches so that they were good. It goes under Collaboration because we all had to collaborate together to get the speeches one and to do the debate. It goes under Oral Communication because we all had to to talk during the debate to communicate to others why our side was right. It goes under Written Proficiency because we had to write our speeches and make them good so that others would understand what we were trying to say.
Circuit Project
For this project we had to create a circuit. For our circuit we made a parallel circuit. In our circuit we used 3 switches, a total of 7 LED lights, a motor, a dimer, a resistor and we also used a dc power. The dc power was 17 volts. The positive side of the dc power was connected to 4 LED lights then they connected to a switch(switch 2) and to 2 other LED lights. The 2 LED lights then connected back to another switch (switch 1). The negative side of the dc power was connected to a switch (switch 2) then it connected with another switch (switch 3). Switch 3 then conneted to three LED lights, a resistor and then connected back to the positive end on the dc power. The positive end of the dc power also connected to a dimmer and a moter and then back to the negative side of the dc power.
To find how much voltage each of the light bulbs needed we divided 15v by the 6 light bulbs in on series of the circuit. We got that each ligh bulb needed 2.5 volts. Then to get the other series to work we added a resistor because their was less light bulbs in that circuit.
